Newsletter______________________________________________ January
2011
Another year has come and gone, and now we look forward to
what our future has in store for this coming year. In the anticipation
of this coming year, we need to reflect what God has given
us and how thankful we should be. The Lord has blessed us with
family and close friends that we sometimes take for granted.
When we reflect on the past year, it sometimes is easy to forget
how much our family and friends love us. It is more than anyone
can imagine. When times really look dark and we feel that we
are at the end of the road, we need to remember that there
is a group of folk, headed up by the Lord, which will see us
through whatever the future has in store.
The song that has been around for many years, “Count Your
Many Blessings Name Them One By One” really should be the rule
to live our life by.
Not only should we reflect on the blessings of our personal
life, but also our church life. The Lord has not only blessed
us personally, but also blessed us spiritually with being able
to be a part of the congregation of Trinity Church. The Lord
has seen fit to provide this church with anything that we have
prayed for. Members have felt their blessings and this has
been reflected in their giving. When we undertook large projects
such as the expansion of the Fellowship Hall and paving the
parking lot, we were able to pay it off with the writing of
a check, while at the same time continuing to not only meet
our benevolences but increase this amount. This church now
helps to support (14) fourteen different charities. Another
blessing that this Church should remember is that we are very
privileged to have Rev. Siemsglusz as our spiritual leader.
We need to include him and his family in our daily prayers.
So as we go forth in this coming year, give thanks to God
for his every blessing. Everything we have, from the shoes
on our feet to the bed in which we sleep in, was provided by
Him. Let January be another month of Thanksgiving that extends
throughout 2011.

ANNIVERSARIES FOR THE MONTH
OF JANUARY
January 1 -- Carol & John Kullman January
24 -- Mariette & Allen Bellamy
Rob Betbeze
died on Sunday
morning, December 19th. Rob had suffered
for so long with no chance of getting well. He was
only 50 years old. Not only will his family miss him,
but Rob had so many friends. He came to a Sunday
morning service just a few weeks ago. He wanted to
come just one more time to see his many friends and to be
in the church that he loved. Rob cared for everyone
and if anyone needed a helping hand or just a friend, he
was there. To say that we will miss him is an understatement. He
is now in God's
hands and he
is at peace.
Edwin Hrncir, Leo Hrncir's brother, passed away on the 23rd
of December. Leo was planning to spend Christmas
with his brother and family, but attended his funeral instead. Mr.
Hrncir was 85 years old. Our sympathy is with Leo
and His family.
Our Christmas Candlelight Communion
Service was held on the 19th of December and I believe we
had the largest attendance we have ever had. The Church
was beautiful with the cedar garlands, 31 Poinsettias and
a large Christmas tree.
